The main causes of obesity in children

Increasingly, more and more people are dying each year from obesity related illnesses than from cigarette smoking. Officials claim that sedentary lifestyles combined with poor eating habits have been the cause of the nationwide obesity epidemic.

Low protein and fat meals often leave people feeling hungry, leading them to fill their stomachs as soon as possible.

In fact, more and more Americans are considered overweight or obese diagnosed each year. It is expected that if the trend continues, by 2020 almost one-fifth of all health spending in America is going to treat obesity.

Obesity often starts in childhood and continues into adulthood. While disease and hormonal disorders are often blamed as causes of obesity, the fact remains that these conditions are less than one percent of all> Cases of obesity in children.
